Who Silverado Is Best For

Silverado works for families who want more house and yard for their money than the inner city offers, and who'll actually use the open space, pathways and proximity to Spruce Meadows. It's less of a fit if a short downtown commute matters more than square footage, since the drive in from the far south side is real.

Three schools sit inside the community: Ron Southern School (Calgary Board of Education, kindergarten to grade 6), Holy Child School (Calgary Catholic School District, kindergarten to grade 9), and École Silverado (Conseil scolaire FrancoSud, a newly completed K-6/7-12 francophone complex).
