Butterfield Acres Farm kicks off its Harvest Pumpkin Fest this weekend, running Saturdays and Sundays from October 3 through October 25. It's a straightforward, kid-friendly outing: a working farm, a pumpkin patch to pick your own, and the usual fall activities that make for a good family morning.
Hours run 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each weekend day, with admission around $16.99 for kids and $19.99 for adults (pumpkins sold separately). If you're taking buyers house-hunting in the northwest this month, it's an easy add-on for families with young kids.
