Calgary's CIBC Run for the Cure returns Sunday, October 4 at Southcentre Mall — the site opens at 7 a.m. with opening ceremonies at 7:30, the 5K starts at 9 a.m., and the 1K follows at 9:10.
It's an easy one to rally a few people around — family, friends, neighbours, or coworkers — for a good cause.
