Calgary's Hungarian community puts this one on every year, and the 48th edition brings folk dance troupes from across Western Canada together for three days of performances, music, and craft. Most of the action is at Bella Concert Hall, with a social evening and workshops over at the Delta Hotel Calgary South.
It's billed for all ages, so it's worth a look even if you've never seen Hungarian folk dancing before - the costumes and choreography are the kind of thing photos don't quite capture.
